The establishment of the company was driven by the desire to provide diverse, experienced and reliable engineering and project staff.

We are proud to say that we continue to provide our engineering services to a broader range of clientele and when we work with a company they tend to become repeat customers, providing us with the opportunity to develop the key relationships required to fully support their ongoing needs.

TECS is a diverse organisation offering a range of skills, competencies and experience gained from delivery and support of a range of infrastructure projects across the UK. The organisation was established in 2015 with the intent of providing the Engineering services we found lacking when working for Tier one organisations in key project positions. TECS has established itself in the Rail industry by focusing on providing our clientele with the safe, reliable and technically sound support they desire to deliver projects on time and within budget.

PASSING THE FIRST RIQS AUDIT

Passing our first RIQS audit with 5 stars.

2016

THE BEGINNING OF A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH CROSSRAIL

Supply of engineering and site management resources to Crossrail.

2018

FIRST FULL PACKAGE DELIVERED

Delivered first full package of minor Civils works at Cambridge Sidings.

2019

THE BIG MOVE

Moved out of London to our current offices in Braintree.

2021

A HUGE ACHIEVEMENT

Achieved construction line gold status.

2022

IN-HOUSE TRAINING AND PROGRESSION

Started in-house training for our Engineers and progressed to a platinum accreditation on construction line.

2023

EXPANDING PREMISES TO THE HERITAGE RAILWAY

Agreed on new premises on Heritage Railway to facilitate ongoing training and development of our Engineering, surveying and track staff.
